When will I get my order?
Current processing time: 3-5 business days
Our orders usually ship within 3-5 business days. During our busy seasons (i.e. November, December, March, and April), processing times may be slightly longer. We will keep our processing times up to date here.
We use USPS to ship most of our packages, USPS delivers within 2-5 business days.
What is your return policy?
Our products are made on demand, meaning we make your products only after you order them. Because your order is made specifically for you, we do not allow returns or exchanges.
However, if you have a problem with you order please visit our contact page to send us a message. We will do everything we can to make it right!
How is my order made?
All embroidered designs are embroidered with an embroidery machine to give you a quality product, and so you do not need to worry about thread falling out. We use a soft polymesh backing on our designs so that the embroidery does not irritate the skin.
All printed designs use full-color direct-to-garment (DTG) prints, using cutting-edge Innobella inks. Innobella Textile inks are water-based pigment inks that are OEKO-TEX, Eco-Pass certified and CPSIA-compliant. You can be confident that the print has high durability and washability because Innobella Textile inks have scored 4.0 or higher on the AATCC wash test.
Why have I only received part of my order?
We produce our embroidered products at a different facility than our printed products. If you ordered both printed products and embroidered products, you will receive them in two separate packages. If you ordered them at the same time you will receive both packages within a couple days of each other.
